Blue-Line Ambassadors embodies this mission through a unique public-private partnership model designed to provide professional chaplaincy services and wellness support to officers. By bringing together civic resources, community members, and law enforcement leadership, Blue-Line Ambassadors strengthens the foundation of care, resilience, and trust essential for both officers and the broader community.
At the heart of this initiative is Chaplain Scott Graham, Founder and President of Blue-Line Ambassadors. Chaplain Graham has a deep commitment and service to Fort Worth. He is the Board President of Stoneglen HOA. He is a Rotarian in the Fossil Creek International Rotary Club. He has dedicated more than 2,500 volunteer hours on active patrols over the past eight years, consistently offering spiritual, emotional, and practical support to officers in times of need. His leadership role as the North Division CAPA Liaison, coupled with his longstanding membership in the FWPD Clergy and Police Alliance, demonstrates his steady engagement with both officers and community leaders.
